We built OmSacredSpace
for people like us
High-performing professionals who are good at their work and quietly losing themselves in it. Who know something is off but don't know how to stop. Who are looking for something that goes deeper than a weekend yoga retreat.
“Remember your wholeness. Unblock. Come home.”
OmSacredSpace creates immersive retreat experiences rooted in sound healing, conscious breathwork, and collective stillness. Our work is grounded in the science of the nervous system and held by the wisdom of ancient practice. We believe that restoration is not a luxury — it is the precondition for meaningful work and a meaningful life.
The people behind the practice
Trained in Tibetan singing bowl therapy and somatic breathwork. After 12 years as a product director, Maya walked away and spent two years studying with sound healers in Nepal and Peru. She created OmSacredSpace because the professionals she knew — brilliant, exhausted, disconnected — needed a path she hadn't found in corporate wellness.
Certified in Holotropic Breathwork and trained with Wim Hof instructors across four countries. Daniel has guided over 3,000 individual sessions and brings a gentle, evidence-informed approach to breath as medicine.
Lena studied culinary nutrition in Vienna and has worked with retreat centers across Europe for a decade. Every meal at OmSacredSpace is crafted to support the nervous system — anti-inflammatory, seasonal, and nourishing.
How we work
We cap every retreat at 12 participants. Not for exclusivity — for depth. Real transformation happens in spaces small enough to feel truly held.
We take the research on nervous system regulation, vagal tone, and breathwork seriously. We also believe the body knows things the data hasn't caught up to yet.
OmSacredSpace is not a spiritual aesthetic or a retreat for people who already have it figured out. It is a container for people in the middle of figuring it out.
We build the digital library so the practices you begin on retreat have a home when you return. The work continues.
